Like you, finance transformation expert, Will Human has seen the role of finance evolve in numerous ways over the years. From bombastic bean counters to a safe pair of hands to integrated business partners. But with increased stakeholder scrutiny, greater uncertainty and new disruptive business models, do we need to shift the focus again?
With over two decades of experience in-the-trenches, developing finance teams, his answer is yes! Will believes top tier finance teams outperform others by becoming tech-savvy and data literate. This enables them to create capacity through automation and build capability in analytics allowing them to become strategic influencers that navigate the business through these turbulent times.
Will’s fusion of real-life stories, a clear understanding of the art of the possible and substantial change management experience will help you create a vision for the future and implement the plan that will position your finance function as a value creator.
Prior to establishing Quartus Gain, Will served as a Board Director in businesses with annual revenues between £20m and £450m. He gained extensive experience in the supply chain, manufacturing, food services and hospitality sectors within multi-cultural organisations spanning across four continents.
He is a member of the ACCA and holds certifications in digital transformation and service automation.
Stephen Corr
Chairman
Stephen Corr has over 35 years experience of executive leadership positions within global businesses. He has worked across multiple sectors, including, electronics, chemicals, paper, consumer packaging and aviation services.
An enthusiastic leader, he has directed several international businesses and most recently he was European President and Managing Director of an aviation services company with annual revenues of over £600M.
Stephen also has experience of heading the global introduction of Lean and Six Sigma for a multinational blue chip FTSE 100 business. In this regard, he is an expert in the application of Lean Principles and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Leading from the front, Stephen has considerable change management capability and has successfully developed the strategy and vision that has transformed a diverse range of businesses. He is a passionate believer that every business function can continuously improve and that with the right tools and personal attitude, anything is possible.
Luis Dancuart

As CTO of NorthWind digital, a strategic partner of Quartus Gain, Luis leads the Intelligent Automation team drawing upon 16+ years of experience in delivering successful system implementations, Intelligent Automation, program delivery and client management.
Luis is a finance systems expert with extensive experience delivering change within blue chip companies across multiple industries. His experience comes from working within EY as an Associate Director leading and managing successful finance change programs across Africa.
